Consistent and HORRIBLE customer service

<p>I work in Sandton City, so naturally I visit the Checkers Hyper more than twice a week. I have consistently received the worst customer service there, but today was just the last straw for me. I paid for my products at the tillpoint without being greeted. When I had to ask the cashier to please ring up a bag for me, she sighed and did so, just thrwing the bag down and leaving it for me to oack my things in there. I then proceeded to the Kiosk, to spend even more of my money in the store, only to be greeted by a lady called 'Mpho' accusing me of jumpint the queue witha raised voice and disgusting attitude. I then explained to her that I visit the store often and I am very well aware of how the queue works and that I had not jumped it. I only then told her to please not be rude to me, as she is the cashier I would assume that she would also keep an eye on the queue and notice when someone jumps the queue, that way she would not need to speak to a customer in such a bad manner. I have been treated like a piece if **** at this Checkers too many times now for me to keep quiet any longer. Not once have I had a good experience there and the management of the store need some serious training on how to manage and train their staff!</p>
