Congratulations

<p>I would like to congratulate you on the thousands of rands (that I would have spent at Checkers over the next decades) that you have lost. Because I have decided to boycott Checkers from now on and to never set foot in one of your stores again.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR CASHIERS ARE RUDE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Earlier this afternoon, at Checkers Glenfair (Pretoria), I paid at a till and I also wanted to withdraw cash. What was supposed to be a simple transaction (which I had done many times before at this specific store), turned into humiliation when I had to deal with the arrogance of one "K****tso". A problem occurred regarding the cash withdrawal and all she could say (with quite an arrogant attitude and facial expression) to me was: "It says, 'Not allowed'."</p> <p> </p> <p>No explanation, no other suggestion. She had no clue how to handle the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Checkers seriously needs to send their cashiers for some basic training in customer service.</p>
