Confusion

Hello there , I got dismissed at Shoprite new brighton in Port Elizabeth on the 25th of September 2021. I have been having a problem with them and the labour department about getting my UIF and the other funds I'm supposed to get from them. I would really love to be helped because now I have alot of things to take off but to them it really seems like I do not matter I am Tshepo Lekoro by name
