Conflict to Comersumer Protection Act

<p>I went there to purchase Christmas items and was happy to pay for the things that had prices available however I wanted to purchase Flubballoon ***** 2x pink and 1x blue however there were no prices available to indicate the cost of the item neither did the item scan a price with a portable scanner one of the employees had with him</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got to the till I insisted on not pay for the three ***** / balloons as to the consumers protection act it clearly states that the supplier can not insist on the consumer to pay higher than the value or price indicated on the item - which like I said there was no price at all yet they insisted I pay R49.99 per ball / balloon as that is what their system at the till had stated</p> <p> </p> <p>I had the manager called - white lady with reddish/brown light hair and she refused to give me the items</p> <p> </p> <p>This supplier did not adhere to the consumers protection act and the fact that no price was displayed was a fault of theirs and would have paid for the items if it had it available</p> <p> </p> <p>I insist on having the three ***** / balloons for free</p>
