Concerned worker and customer

I have been to many retail stores and shopping centres in my lifetime but never have i experienced the kind of behaviour that i have experienced at checkers meadowridge CAPE TOWN i am a merchandiser within the store and i just witnessed the perishable manager smacked one of my merchandising colleagues through the face the manager is MARK RODWELL he has no work ethics and he doesn't have a way of speaking with the staff neither does he have a way of talking with customers aswell we went numerous times to people above him in checkers but nothing is being made of the issue or he don't get dealt with accordingly this manager has no wag and no respect for anyone sincerely yours a workers and customer at checkerseadowridge cape town

I jst want to say iam so upset with the way the matter wos handled today so the HR of checkers wos at the store a hear the matter out that happened the day before and tht manager literally got away with ****** they only takin his part coz he is mos nw a manager they didn evans ask the ppl tht witnessed the hole incident onli 2 guys wos askt n they are buddies with this manager mark rodwell and the merchandiser tht he wos fighting with goin to loose his job and his getting away with it bt he slap the guy 1st bt he mos clever he did it wer thr wos no cameras and the ppl tht saw how he did smack the merchandiser wasnt evans ask wat happend iam so unhappy this man mark rodwell is getting away with ****** ypu can ask any employee in tht store of tht man every1 will tell u the same thng abwt his ways this is not on
