Computicket refund

I went to checkers computicket for my refund they toke me up and down telling me their call center agents are not picking up their phones than I went again when they called they said I toke long to collect my refund they going to call intercape for permission to refund me and promised to call me to inform me to go to the store to collect my money even now I still haven't got my refund.
