Computicket problems with retrieving tickets

Good Evening I experience this at your St Johns Branch in Pinetown. A friend of mine purchased tickets for me for the bus and sent me the reference info to pick them up. When i got there an gave the numbers for my tickets they said i had to have my friend that bought the tickets with me. My friend stays in Capetown and he cant send id or be there with me im leavin next weekend and if i had the money to buy my own tickets i wouldnt have had them bought at Capetown Checkers. The tickets have my name and info on and i have the reference number so why can i pick them up at checkers its a huge inconvenience to drive all the way to Durban station just to pick up the tickets
