Compliments to Checkers N1 City, Goodwood

I shopped at Checkers N1 City, Goodwood on 22September2020 around 10h00. Around 13h00 on the same day i realised that i did not get the feather duster that i paid for. It was worth R89.00 and it appeared on the receipt. I immediately phoned the store, and i was informed to bring my receipt to Customer Care. When i arrived at Customer Care, the lady took the receipt and went inside the store. She came back with the feather duster of the same value without any questions. I was nicely surprised with the speedy and efficiency in which this was handled. Well done Checkers N1 City, Goodwood. Julia Modise
