Compliment to Checkers Overport

I went in to Checkers to return a can opener that did not work as well as anticipated. The manager was reasonable and put my refund on a gift card even thou I lost my receipt although it was clear that it was a Checker product. I was expecting to have a difficult time but this went surprisingly well. Checkers customer service has definitely improved. I don't give 5 stars out of principle but well done. Keep getting better.
