Compliment to Checkers Kyalami Corner

I would like to compliment Checkers, Kyalami Corner. I did my shopping & when I got home realized the teller had paid me my change R10:00 short. I was not going back to the shops over R10:00. The next time I went to Checkers, which was a couple of days later, I thought I should mention it to the Manager on duty. I really didn't expect anything to happen, & explained that to the Manager, but said I thought I should bring it to there/her attention. She assured me they would look into it & if the teller was over when she cashed up, they would let me know. They phoned me within about an hour to say that particular teller was over on that day & I could come & get my money. I then forgot about it until I was again in Checkers, another 2, or 3, days later. It was another Manager on duty & I explained what had happened & said that I believed I had left it too late. What a pleasant surprise, she knew all about it & went to fetch my R10:00. Hats off to Checkers Kyalami Corner, great service!!!
