Complaint with checkers brookside

I ordered online with checkers, brookside waited for my order after 30 minutes driver calls says I need to cancel my order because they can’t come my location. I needed the items I ordered and they asked me to refund and that will take 3/5 days…. I have never experienced such bad service next they send email saying they can’t find my location mean while I even have description we relay on online deliveries because of not having transportation they ended up telling me to come brookside I mean I paid delivery chargers what on earth is this circus these people are playing my rights as consumer were violated worse I do the follow ups
