Complaint Rylands Village

So i am one of the stores most frequent customers as i am in the store on a daily basis yet the store hates it when i come do shopping there as there has been so many issues i have experienced and brought to their attention and on every instance you get assured it will improve.today was no different going in looking for the Choclate mousse and they dont stock so i go and wait for a manager so they can issue me a rain check but then the manager needed to help another customer which i waited as that customer was waiting for assistance longer than what I was then one of the managers Mrs Taufah came to me and by the way she came to me something was already off about the situation as i am always raising my concerns to her or Mr Jacobs and something she made mentioned to me just sparked me off as the comment was as follows "you are one of the customers no matter what we do we will not be able to satisfy you and i have accepted it" if this is the kind of attitude the managers has then i dont see that store moving forward as its always the same thing at that store since the day they opened the doors at Rylands Village so i would like this to reach someone that will make sure something changes as there are many unhappy customers and as a Convenience store they are nothing close to that So as per Mrs Taufah i can take this up with Mr Roux as from her side they dont know how to please me as a customer I am hoping that many checkers shoppers see this review and know they are not the only customer at this specefic store experiencing this service hoping that the relevant gets to the highest management as well ad all stake holders.
