Complaint Regarding Spoiled Mutton Purchase

I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recent purchase I made at Checkers today 23/04/2026. I purchased mutton intended for my supper this evening, only to find that the meat was off and not fit for consumption.

This was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, as it left me without a meal at short notice. I expect that all food sold is fresh and safe to consume, and this experience does not meet that standard.

I request that this matter be urgently addressed. Please advise on the process for a refund or replacement, and what steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again.

I can provide proof of purchase and any additional information required.
