Complaint Regarding Repeated Sale of Rotten Eggs

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the quality of eggs I have repeatedly purchased from your stores.

On several occasions, particularly at your Cresta branch, I have bought eggs that turned out to be rotten upon use. This has now become a recurring issue. Most recently, I purchased a tray of eggs and, when attempting to boil them, discovered that they were not fit for consumption. I have taken photographs as evidence of this incident.

This ongoing problem is extremely disappointing and concerning, as it raises questions about your quality control and product handling standards. As a regular customer, I expect fresh and safe products when shopping at your stores.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently. I would also appreciate feedback on what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, I would like to be advised on how you intend to resolve this issue, including a possible refund or replacement for the affected products.
