Complaint of Checkers Customer Care centre

My complaint is about the Checkers customer call centre! I am disgusted with treatment I received from a woman who I spoke to over the phone. I was in hopes of getting assistance for a broken Checkers branded Toaster which has now broken for the second time in just over a year. Instead of good customer service, I was dealt with in a rude and disrespectful manner. I want this dealt with by Checkers! I also expect my product to be replaced. Otherwise I will never buy from checkers again and will never encourage my one I know to buy from them. i have never been treated by a customer call centre the way I was treated by this woman. I really hope Checkers acknowledge my complaint and help me . Regards aimee
