Complaint Checkers Rylands

I'm sadly going from a previous 5 star rating to a 3, due to the quality of the food being sold, in particular the store made burger patties 'the champion beef patties' more specifically...I would normally not buy these but this is what my husband brought home after (according to him, the other burgers did not look lekker) we usually purchase the dhania burgers as it has more flavor and the shape/size seems to hold when being cooked...in stark comparison to what we ended up with and I have the photos to prove it...I actually watched how each burger patties shrunk in the pan, so much so, that I could fit all 8 patties in the pan and needless to say, half the pan was filled with oily fat that was expelled from the patties...what's more is because we were hungry and we are not people who would throw food away, we ate the patties (more roll than pattie). We were left with a terrible fatty-oily after taste...Is this what we pay for? Really? And don't talk about the sausage (which is a story for another time) Yes I can probably go to an actual butchery for my meat products, but why should I if I want to get all.my shopping done in one place and have been doing for years without any issues...There is no need to compromise on quality @ Checkers Rylands...you can do better
