Complaint against Mmanoko

I am Mirriam Tloubatla, and I went to checkers on the 11th of October last Friday with my colleagues to check if they also had a promotion of Air fryers, as my friend posted it on her WhatsApp status that they were on special of buy 2 for R3000 as we were in the store we couldn't find them and asked for assistance from one of the workers there and she helped us and told us they do have that special, we found the Air fryers and as we were at the tills paying apperantly the other one we took was not on special,I told the cashier she should call someone maybe a supervisor to assist us as we were on lunch and their products were being put in the wrong section of promotion, she called Mmanoko apparently she is the Price controller, instead of her explaining nicely to us that the one was put on the promotion section by mistake and she will look for the right one, she didn't do that, she took the Airfryer and spoke to us in a mean way and didn't even bother explaining anything to us the treatment she gave us was so rude and out of character, we were then assisted by Thelma who was very kind and made sure we got what we were both looking for, had it not being for her they would have given us that one they said was not on promotion as they work there they should make sure the stock on promotion is the right one highlighted and we don't know anything about that we are just customers, I hope she gets desciplined for her behavior and apologies to us for the stuff she did, thanks and I am grateful that there are still people like Thelma who takes their job seriously cause they know they are there to serve the customers and making sure that they leave the store satisfied.
