COMPLAINT

This complaint is for Checkers Kloof Street. I called to enquire if they have Catmor dry food for kittens in stock. The first lady couldn't understand me, kept saying "cans" The 2nd lady kept me waiting (on my cellphone) for over 3 minutes. She said they don't have Catmor, but she checked and they have Epol. I said to her that Epol is for dogs, she couldn't have checked for kitten food. She put the phone down!! I called back to speak to the Store Manager. They put me through to the fresh produce Manager, her name is Sona I think. I asked to take my details and ask the Store Manager to call me. When I gave ny number, I asked her to repeat it. She said, "okay mam" and put the phone down. The Manager hasn't called me.
