Complaint about Chapmagne

Yesterday, I bought champagne (Simonsig Satin Nectar, 750ml) at Checkers Liquor Amajuba Mall around 16:20. At the time I opened the champagne, it did not give me the usual pop that one gets when they open champagne, it was less and the reason was that the cork was a bit loose, when I pulled it up it came out so easily, the were no bubbles, it wasn't even sparkling. I could easily put back the cork as if it was a bottle of wine. I must say, I was really disappointed as we were celebrating our anniversary with my wife.
