Complaint

<p>I bought items at checkers hyper this afternoon. Since there were few items, I decided to pay at the express till. I received BAD SERVICE from the teller by the name of Lerato Mogale telling me im supposed to pack my own things as if im not a paying customer. She proudly called her superior, who came rushing to confirm the tellers story instead of apologising for the service i received, she just added salt on the wound. Im a regular customer at the store, who constantly buys in bulk, i am appalled by the service i received from the store today which clearly shows that their customers are not treated the same. </p> <p> </p> <p>NB: The had the nerve to tell me that all the grocery shops like pick n pay treat their customers like that and so i shouldn't be complaining </p>
