Complained about sales of rotten food and after 3 weeks not one call!

I have been a regular Checkers shopper especially at Green Valley and I am shocked by the lack of service from Checkers side!

I laid a complaint 3 weeks ago and to date not one follow up, not one call!

How can Checkers stand by and let one of their stores deteriorate to the point that they are selling rotten food, hard rye bread, ****roaches in the swiss roll etc and then when a customer complaints just ignore them? TWICE!

Who does Checkers management think they are to treat me like this? You come with your vrot food and then expect me to be happy? I asked the Regional manager to call and I have been ignored? Who the **** do you think you are to ignore me? You have a business to run! I am you client. What I buy at Checkers goes towards your salary! So who the **** do you think you are to ignore me? 3 Weeks later and not even a store manager has called me? Really. I have complained TWICE and still no response?

By law you are obliged to reply to my complaint and if this continues I will contact the relevant municipality and will have that branch shut down for health violations! That's how serious this is! How dare you sell rotten food??? ****roaches???
