Complain

I Nelly baloyi I was doing my shopping at checkers with my colique hlamarisa at Bryan park shopping center we we're buying some grocery and we took the mrs ***** chutney that was marked R29.99 on their shelfes when we pay the chutney scan the different price and hlamarisa tell the till operator that this is not the price that was on the shelf and then the till operator asked for assistant to her manager and when the mananger arrived at the till she was explain that the price of the chutney it scan the different price from the shelf and till then I went back to took the picture of the price with my phone I show the mananger the price she start attacking us telling us that if our mind work clearly we expect that this chutney can cost R29.99 so I try to show her my phone she answered me with the attitude telling me that she can't see what is in my phone she send one of her staff member to fetch the price when the guy comes back the very same price I took a picture is the same as the one that I have on my phone then the mananger that was assisting us she told us that she is tired with Woolworths staff with our attitude that if we came to shop at checkers we are having issues with their price and even if we see that the price that was there someone put it by mistake so we asked her that when you tell us that someone put the price by mistake why they don't check our sales floor that all the ticket cross pond with the item she told us that we are full of nonsense because we are working at Woolworths we think that we have all the right to come and control their price's at their shop so I said to her what ever that was happening with my colgues is non of my problem why are you telling us that why didn't you go to Woolworths and report them she keep on saying that I mustn't give her the attitude and I even told that the she's not professional with what you are doing you having the grudge with my colgues and you are taking out of us so I even told her that you don't have to abuse us if you have problems with Woolworths staff tell them that they must not come and shop here at checkers and I also tell her about the customer act so she's clearly don't follow the customer consumer act that lady she's was very rude her name is Caroline I didn't like the way I have been treated at that store.
