Complain bad service checkers hyper Galleria mall branch 54677

<p>My name is Candice I live in Toti and on the 29 June 2017 I sent money to someone in Lesotho but the pin was wrong then I went back to checkers and they took my details and told me that within 2 weeks I will receive an SMS with the new pin and if i don't get the pin so I went back on the 3rd week and a lady called Sthobile Dlamini was assisting and I waited for ova an hour for her and she sent an Indian lady to come to me tell me that they I must wait till Tuesday which is today for an SMS to reset my pin and still nothing then I decided to call the shop ( ********** 000)and spoke to the same lady (Sthobile Dlamini)she screamed very rude and told me it's not her problem she was just trying to assist so I'm not happy with the service because I am the one who deposited the money system is showing that and why am I not getting my money back I'm not happy need feedback and my money my number ********** 090 . Next step I'll refer matter to CPA.</p>
