Complain

A complain about a SUPERVISOR AT CHECKERS N HYPERS IN SANDTON CITY MALL ....Everyone is used to loadshedding by now how ever the mall has a back up generator...Soo in this case it was loadshedding and the generator kicked in within10 seconds ....The ques were extremely long considering the fact that its month end (which is not the problem because our cashier was trying her level best to push the que) ...What was more SHOCKING FOR ME WAS A LEVEL OF DISRESPECT COMING FROM SOMEONE I THINK SHE'S A SENIOR SUPERVISOR/MANAGER ....She loudly told the cashier not to operate because she will be short in the till ....Then later said the cashier can't operate because they are OFFLINE ...meaning we as customers can't even make payments....WHILE OTHER TILLS NEXT TO US ARE OPERATING LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED ....THE CASHIER TRIED TO CONTINUE BUT WAS RUDELY ASKED TO STOP LOL CLEARLY THIS TERM "OFFLINE" IS JUUUUST SOMETHING THEY USE FOR THEIR LAZINESS!!!...You could tell that both cashiers and packets are scared of her ....if those cameras are working i m sure the footage can be pulled out to witness it ....The level of arrogance you could tell that she knows that NOTHING will happen to her ....I even tried to asked her to take a "Early metanity leave" hence she looked pregnant because she might be too tired but BAD INFLUENCING THE ENTITE STAFF WAS A SHOCK AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AS A CUSTOMER...EVEN WORSE WHEN SHE WAS BACKCHATTING AT ME !!!...I END UP WALKING AWAYING ...WHAT I KNOW SHE COULD HAVE WALK AWAY HERSELF NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUNG .....THESE ARE THE ROTTEN POTATOES THAT NEED TO BE EXPOSED AND I DEMAND A ONE ON ONE APOLOGY FROM THE RETAILER .....THANKS My contact number is ***
