Complain

I was at checkers today to buy a cake the experience I got was not nice. I asked a lady if I can buy two different sets of cakes and can they repackage them in big cake box they said it's not possible, I even ask the lady if they give me the cake box I will pack it my self she said she will look for the box. I thought I should speak to the manager. As I went to look for the manager I found a lady that works in the shop I asked for a manager she called a lady by the name of Evelyn I explained to her what was happening she also said it's not possible I ended up buying two cakes of the same flavour.i was not happy
