Complain

Yesterday (04-12-18) at around 15:30-16:00 I went to checkers hyper in kempton park in festival mall to do my grocery I had a plastic bag with 1 pair of takkies and two tshirts that I had bought from a previous store, I forgot my plastic bags at the counter while I was unpacking the trolley at the till and when I got to my car I realized I left my bags when I went back to the store I went back to the till we're I had left my bags then I asked the the lady at the till she said she had not seen anything then I asked were was the guy that was packing my groceries they said he had left and according to my knowledge they knock off at 17:00 but it wasn't 17:00 yet I then proceeded to ask to speak to the manager to ask if I could check the footage the manager refused and said I should open a case even though I had explained to the manager that if a customer took my plastic bags I would not complain but if it was one of the store employees then I would like to get my stuff back.
