Cold chain for Ice Cream not maintained- Checkers - Rosebank Mall

Bought a Diary **** ice cream tub. The cold chain was not maintained, and the ice cream must have melted and re-frozen. Quality is poor. Checkers should take MUCH MORE care to maintain the cold chain.
