****roaches and rats

The last few months the checkers here has had numerous complaints about the rats eating the bread, selling damaged goods and ****roaches in the store. And every time they say they are sorting the problem out. Well today was the final straw. My father went and bought a loaf of bread, and when he finished paying , at the till, while packing it and the other groceries into the plastic bag a ****roach came out of the loaf of breads packaging. He called the managet, Kobus. Kobus just squashed the ****roach with his foot and said that they have dealt with the pests last week. I find this totally unhealthy. Disgusted with the store.
