Client not taken seriously.

They delivered on the 6th September, the cream had an expiry date of the 9th..when I phoned to complain, the response was it falls within there allowed expiry period of 3 days. This is totally unacceptable. This is old cream the expiry date should be a minimum of 10 Upto 14days. I believe they where getting rid of old stock. The milk had an expiry date of the 20th. This is what I expect on all dairy products. Not 3 days.
