Client Experience Centric at Checkers Hyper Mall of Africa

Checkers Hyper - Mall of Africa. Yesterday at 9:10am I walked into the shop to buy stationery. When I got to the aisle, the lady which I am unfortunately sure of her name (African, short, petite with Blonde short hair) was already hard at work. What I noticed first was that she was by herself in the department buy working very fast. After a bit, another staff member came to ask advise, then another.. she seemed to be the supervisor, I was shocked when I read "temp staff" on her name tag. I heard her tell the other gentleman that she needs to get this done quick so clients won't have to be disturbed, I was silently impressed. I was struggling to find items on my list, she approached me to assist, she showed me everything, we discussed items (impressive product knowledge), we compared, we laughed, she went hunting etc. What great service! I went to the Supervisor who was on duty (Mid-height African gentleman) and I told him my experience.

If possible, please employ that lady permanently. She is good for your Brand, she is what we call at PwC, Client Experience Centric. This type of person is hard to find! now
