Clicks Northmead Square is Useless

Clicks at Northmead square, Benoni is utterly useless.

On 19 Feb 2025 I took in prescriptions for medication which had a repeat attached. Firstly they charge exorbitant levies for medication, they are approved by the Bonitas medical scheme which means they have to charge medical rates for medication. Secondly they cannot read any doctors handwriting, myself and other clients had to either read what the doctor wrote or go get a new prescription, that is pathetic.

On 2 March 2025 when I went back for the repeat medication for my son, then they told me they lost my prescription, now costing me to go get a new prescription which my son cannot go without. I waited 1.30 hours for them just to tell me this, The pharmacist tried to put through my first prescription again, which under my knowledge is *****, and obviously the medical aid declined the request.
