Click of the Tongue...Unacceptable

Disgusting behaviour by front end controller named Patience. Having been moved from one cashier to the next...Patience chose to ignore us waiting to be assisted and proceeded to assist another customer with a refund and purchase. When I asked why she ignored the fact that we were to be served by the cashier...she exclaimed "Oh God" and continued to ignore us.

By this time i was most upset at her attitude and explained to her that she was rude. Her response was to click her tongue and walk away. This behaviour is unacceptable.

To the Management of Checkers please introduce a course on Customer Service.
