Click and collect function

<p>Would not suggest this type of "online shopping"</p> <p>Would just be faster to go to the shop and purchase what you want.</p> <p>It makes you wait for a week to collect, then the staff scramble around at customer care to figure out what you are talking about. Once they figure it out, the send you to go stand in the normal queues... What is the point of online shopping if it is more of an effort than normal shopping?</p>
