Click and Collect - doesn't work

On Tuesday, 12 december 2017, I placed an order for 3 large platters on Checkers 'Click and Collect'. I arrived at the stated time, 11 AM Sunday 17 Dec 2017. and they had no clue as to my order. Now, I had 20 guests arriving in the next 2 hours, and no food to give them. I made a plan. It did not involve Checkers. Shame on you, Sandown Road, Parklands, Checkers.
