Christina Ketso (Cashier)

I'm so appalled by the service received at Checkers mall of the south 03/10/2021 @15.37 till slip #0113 .

I cannot believe that Christina Ketso and her colleague (who did not get name as she did not have a name tag) These 2 ladies stood there complaining about how tired they were and watched me pack my own groceries ,as they went on about how they can’t wait for 5 O`clock to go home .

In all the times I have shopped at this Checkers, this is the 1st first time I have received such disappointing service ,this is definitely not the kind of service I'm used to being a regular at this store .

I hope this matter will be addressed and resolved so it does not become a norm
