Chrismas Spoiled for my Son

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a Range Rover EVoque remote car yesterday(24/12/2016) at checkers hyper as a Christmas gift for my son. Today 25/12/2016 we unwrapped the gift and I inserted the batteries then we started driving it around. Hardly 10 min the car refused to reverse and when I picked it up there was a burning smell coming from it. I then drove to checkers hyper and found the shop closed. Now I'm stuck with a nonfunctional toy and a Sad son. Please assist </p>
