Chocking experience including security wanting to beat mr up

Today was My worst shopping experience. I arreived @ Hyper checkers at mall of Africa @17:29, the Store entrance was wide open. Security denied me coming into the store. I asked foe the manager. She came told Me she is going to check Footage as To what time I came. We waited till 17:51. Some people because of frustration went into tje Store. I went to Manager who was Assisting with us Earlier. She just ignored Me. One security Guy Came srarted pulling Me with my clothes. Telling Me He wants to beat me Up. His Co workers try stopping Him, but He kept coming and telling Me He wants to beat Me up and swearing at me. Managers were just looking and Allowing it to happen. They Security Guy kept pointing His finger on my face touching My Face even though i told Him to leave Me alone. They ended calling Centre Secirity. It was so bad. I will never Buy at Hyoer Checkers Again. There was no sign that they closing at 17:30, and doors were wide opened. They should Have assisted Me instead of making it bad Service to Customer. Lots of Clients were asking where is the Sign that U close at 17:30. They couldn't answer us. What made Me angry is the Fact that the Security guy tried to beat Me up in front of management. I've never experienced this type of service. I was there to invest to they business not to *****. They should have treated amd appreciated me as a customer. Because they dont have Signage on windows to show yhe Closjng time. I after went to Checkers at Waterfall. The store manager there assisted us. I was so happy for the service, as they went out of they way to assist Me as a Customer. Hyper checkers should learn from Checkers Service. If J watch the Footage U'll be shocked as to what happened today. I'm disgusted how I was treated today. Never again will I go there.
