Childs injury

<p>My daughter is 7 years old and one of checkers shelves were loose because they were neglegent in tying it. My daughter fell and the shelf fell on top of her hand breaking her finger in the process. I had to advise the manager how to tighten the shelf so that it doesnt happen again. </p> <p>I want checker to be held liable for the cost and the pain and suffering my child now has to edure trough the vacation that she can not enjoy and they refuse to take resposibility stating that they were not neglegent. </p> <p>Am I arguing the outcome? Yes I am how are they not liable for something they did not do right in the first place. Checkers is unsafe for your children and if you get hurt in the store you should not expect any assistance from management because they run like hell when theres blood involved. </p> <p>I will never let my kids back in that store and I will advise any parent to be wery of their childrens safety while you are there. </p>
