Chicken or Pork?

I ordered chicken sausages and did not select an alternative. Pork sausages were delivered as an alternative, when I call the call centre they justify replacing chicken with pork because I did not select and alternative, when was another chicken sausage not selected instead? Checkers does not want to take accountability for their mistake. I am told that I can go to the store myself get a credit or an alternative but then they won’t refund the delivery fee… zero accountability! Disgusting!
