Chicken infested with worms

I ordered via 60sixty app 2kg Grainfield chicken on Saturday 5 March 2022 , once I opened to clean and cut I noticed it has worms stuck to it. This was absolutely disgusting. I have called and sent a report issue via the app but no refund has been made. The inconvenience this has caused me and embarrassment as I was having guest over thinking its convenience to order via the app .. absolutely disappointing, disgusting service please check your products regularly to avoid this happening in the future.
