CHERKERS BALFOUR PARK MALL JOHANNESBURG

My experience at CHECKERS Balfour Park Centre Cnr Athol And Northview Johannesburg 2192. I went in the store to withdraw money before buying my grocery. I asked few cashiers to help me to withdraw 2000rand to my suprice they all gave me a bad attitude refuse to help me with money.. But the was this cashier who was very vocal more and rude to me.she sent me back and forth then

I decided to go and ask supervisor by the name of portia nyatsi she told me to return back to the rude cashier Lorraine. She gave me money but shouting at me non stop. I am a long customer at this store. I have been buying by this checkers for more than 8years now. The is no working together spirit between cashiers, customers and supervisors.

We always see them fighting and keeping us long on the ques. We are forever mistreated as customers. As for yesterday 12 august 2021 Thursday was my worst day ever. PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS ISSUE. WE REALLY DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH lOVE AND RESPECT AS CUSTOMERS????????
