Chekers Staff ****s Customers

I would like to report very bad service I experienced from Checkers store Nicolway in Bryanston, Johannesburg. On the 26 Feb 2016, I went to the store to withdraw an amount of R1500.00 at the their till. My transaction went through showing and I received an SMS notification showing that the money went out of my account, however I never received my money due to the store s faulty till, the staff did anything to help me, I walked out of the store without my money. No one from the store contacted me to give me any feedback. The high level of disregard and disinterest shown by Checkers store Nicolway's staff has left me very distressed, a later day has passed and still don't have any feedback from Checkers store Nicolway. I've contacted Capitec bank to reverse the transaction, but the money was already with the store and couldn't be reversed. Checkers store Nicolway's staff have not been helpful; instead they're unresponsive. I believed I've been ****med by Checkers store Nicolway staff, the management of Checkers store Nicolway has been unwilling to act on this matter, they've not bothered to contact me. I want my money, Checkers store Nicolway.
