Chekers Sixty60 cancelled my order and dont refund my money

I placed an orderon Thursday, the ammount was deducted from my bank account. Just as they were picking the products the order was cancelled. Not by me. But to date my money was not refunded. I tried to call the support but there is no answer. I also emailed but have not received any response. Please refund me.
