Checkers....You will wait

Stood at the Lotto counter. No pen for customers to write with or fill in lotto slips. I asked for assistance whereby Cecilia made me wait untill she had finisbed cashing up another till before handing me a pen. I literally stood there for a few minutes untill she decides that she was finished. When buying the tickets she was rude and didnt want me to check the tickets after playing them to confirm that all was correct as the rand amount didnt correspond to what I previously played. Cecilia basically ticked every bad customer experience action that I have ever received. Didnt greet, was rude, made me wait, turned her back while I was complaining about her service. One can see why PnP is the preferred retailer. Because Checkers staff are the worst. I also see that Checkers does not respond to Hellopeter complaints... Which tells you all you need to know about what they think of customer feedback.
