CheckersSixty app

Checkers launchd a great app where you can order your groceries and have same day delivery however the preauthorizations and numerous debits is why i will no longer use the app. Say you place an order & preauthorization of R200 is placed with your bank, not a problem. You then get notified item is out of stock please choose another item, you make a change & your order changes by additonal R20, another preauthorization is placed with ur bank of R220, now you have R420 that's placed on hold, your order is deliverd and final amount is R180. The R180 is deducted now you have R600 deducted from your account. Your bank cannot reverse the preauthorizations until vouchers are processed by CheckersSixty, you can sit for over a week with nothing processed or reversed, no access to funds in your account due to money being on hold so you are stuck being out of pocket with R600 for an order of R180. For each amendment you make, a preauthorization is placed which is ludicrous as one was already placed when you placed the order, why can't amendments be part of the one preauthorization. When you contact them for assistance, they request invoices which are only available on the app but guess what, app says you have no completed orders which makes it impossible for you to request invoices from the app
