Checkers/DStv Vouchers

Trying to load DStv spin and win vouchers was a mission of uselessness. After 25 mins at the counter only two of my three vouchers appeared to load. The first R75 showed R75 - R15 ie R60. The second R50 showed R50 -R10 ie R40, the third R50 would not load on the system. When the assistant checked the gift card it showed ballance as Zero. The assistant called the supervisor and between them they cancelled the transactions but when they tried again to load the vouchers it just kept saying Void! The initial response from the manager was you will have call the voucher supplier. I left to shop without the R150 worth of vouchers. On my way out I managed to speak to the manager who said she would try and phone DStv and would contact me. I am still waiting! Vouchers were about 3 weeks old they are supposed to be valid for 3 years.
