Checkers/Capitec

Good day

On the 9 November 2022 there was a order (***1) that was cancelled R318,40, I would like to find out where this money is, Capitec says the money is not reversed into my bank account, but sixty sixty says the money is also not with checkers so where is my money.

Apparently this happens a lot according to the bank.
