I’m happy with their service. Best so far. It’s so convenient, easy app to use, fast delivery, very friendly delivery guys. My daughter is always thanking them! My stuff comes so neatly packed. and I’ve called their call Centre twice and they were helpful very friendly full of energy (not half dying like most call Centres). Also only been delayed twice but not too long and we could wait for it. Your order will still come on the day requested. And there are products that doesn’t get delivered, but that’s not their fault, depends on availability of the product. My only complaint is that the shopper just needs to pay close attention to like flavours of yogurt etc because we have certain preferences. And if we say don’t substitute then just don’t. Other than that, I’m enjoying shopping with them!
