Checkers60 reserved payments a ****!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the checkers60 app on Tuesday 18 October 2022. Payment failed multiple times, it went off, was reversed and went off again but the order was cancelled. I called the contact centre and was told to wait for 48 hours. On the 20th I called again and was told a manual void was done and I should receive my funds in 48 hours. I called again today 48 hours later and was told the void was never done on the 20th. Now I’ve been told to wait 48 more hours. I am extremely disgruntled because that was my last money which I was using to buy formula for my baby. Now I have to borrow money because of their incompetence!
