Checkers60 Refund

I never experienced any issues with the Checkers 60 APP,untill 05.09.2022-order not received and I have been advised that i will be refunded within 24-48 hours, after checking with my bank 08.09.2022 which advised me that no refund have been allocated to my account , I called Checkers60 again , now to be advised refund will take about 3 -5 Business days. My frustration why different agents give me different information, And yes it is a big deal for me because if I knew this order is going to be such a hassle I never would have bothered
